We ship UPS. All merchandise orders placed before 1pm on a business day will begin processing that day. Merchandise will be shipped out within 48 hours. Any orders placed after 1pm will begin processing the next business day. You will receive your package within 3-4 business days. There are no deliveries Sunday or holidays. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. We only ship to the billing address on the credit card. When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. When your merchandise is being shipped out, you will receive another e-mail from us with your tracking number. If the merchandise you ordered is out of stock, we will send you an e-mail notifying you of this. Sales tax is only charged in the state of Missouri. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
RETURN POLICY
All sale purchases are FINAL SALE. We will be happy to offer a refund or a store credit for any regular-priced item(s) you are not satisfied with. The item(s) MUST be returned to Arianas Boutique within 15 days of the original shipping date in unworn and perfect condition (all original tags must be attached). The order must be returned including ALL original packaging, including the original invoice. Arianas Boutique will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed. Once the tag is removed, the merchandise CANNOT be returned. Please include your order number and a brief note explaining the reason for return. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We advise that you properly pack and insure the package against loss or damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange or a store credit. We do not offer refunds unless a replacement is unavailable. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
